The card is set for this weekends show! Come see these, plus more, MATCHES
James C will return from multiple injuries and joins Stoner Brothers and Anton Voorhees to form the BOOM Gang. It is awkward to mention that many of those injuries were sustained by Anton Voorhees on the road to and during FTF 10/6/23 when Anton Voorhees teamed with The CAUTION against the other three BOOM Gang members in a match where whoever was pinned will join the other team. Our last event saw Anton and the Stoners work well enough together to score a win against the quickly formed team of Jaguar Montoya and Lost Treasures Joe DeSoul and Lara Frazier.
Though, they face another randomly assembled team, this team their opponents at least have a heads up. BART-Man returns from the tunnels or whatever to team with the man he faced last event, Juice Lee! Juice Lee better have eyes in the back of his head, because he also teams with his sometimes partner/sometimes opponent El Chupacabra. The two recently fought to a draw, with little settled beyond their clear ideological differences when it comes to defending Hoodslam from invaders. Lastly but most mighty, Mighty Mayra joins these other 7 combatants because her teammate in MMMM – MacDaddy M Y L O – is injured and we didn’t know where else to put her. Lucky her, lucky us!
It has been settled that VIPRESS is She Who Holds the Golden GiG, after reclaiming it from the Fallen Angel Shemyhaza (who had killed our last champion, PONG).
It has been settled that Sawyer Wreck is the number one contender for the Golden GiG after winning the Rumble of Ranking Ramifications at Octobers FTF event.
When Sawyer Wreck defended her Best Athlete in the East Bay Golden Fannypacks Championship against Vipresssses on again/off again partner DARK Sheik, Sawyer played with Vipresssesss heart by doing with her what Vipress could not. In response, Vipress cost Sawyer her championship.
On November 3rd, to determine who will move forward as She Who Holds the Golden GiG, all issues will be settled.
Newer F’N Dawgz have had their struggles as a group, mostly from Cereal Man not knowing which one is which and that none of them have a canine gimmick. The last event saw Jaguar Montoya and Joey Gonzo use Cereal Man’s absence to try solo endeavours. But now, Cereal Man tries to bring them back under his frost wings by using his status and celebrity to hustle a shot at the Intergalactic Tag Team Championship. Will this grand gesture be enough to heal the hurt sustained on October 6th and prior?
In contrast, the EMO Heads, ironically, are one of the most stable stables of Hoodslam. Brooke Havok and her parades of sadness have engulfed both the Brutalist of Rob Hands and the dubious D-Torch, and the three have found themselves as reigning/defending EMO-Galactic defenders of the Universe.
Sidenote: Brooke killed like three people in September and we’ve all just been ok with it.
Our newest of new champions in this Hoodslam is actually the first to ever hold the title! DARK Sheik, after dethroning Sawyer Wreck with the help of Vipress, once again claims the title that was literally made for her BEST ATHLETE IN THE EAST BAY.
Kenny K of Da Squaaad steps to usurp this title, and it is hard to argue that anyone else deserves the title more. None can dazzle like Kenny K, whether it be flying through the air or breaking backs OR THE UNSETTLING COMBINATION OF BOTH.
Their first encounter in 2006, their next encounter Friday 11/3/2023. Who will be the very best that no one ever was?
Hop Daddy stole the GLAM-pionship from Brittany Wonder. Literally. It was only later that he was able to use his stolen booty to persuade Brittany Wonder to defend it against her officially. Brittany Wonder, however, had always accepted all challengers. This, after many months, is her first opportunity to reclaim the title that she carried for over a year.
HOWEVER, concurrent with Brittany Wonder’s woes was the war waged between Da Squaaad and the Lost Treasures. Lara Frazier / Matt Carlos/ and Joe DeSoul. The Lost Treasures found themselves constantly trying to beat back Da Squaaad from their attempts to take the Intergalactic Tag Team Championship from them throughout their run. But what started as a hunt for the Lost Treasures championship property has now flip flopped on the Hop Daddy as it’s Lara Frazier gunning for his belt.
The turn tables have turned, but though they wobbles, will they fall this fall 11/3?
ALSO PROBABLY: continuing the beef of Da Squaaad and the Lost Treasures, you might see Alpha Zo take on Joe DeSoul. Tell your friends!
